First attempt after macaroons class ^^

Miss J and i went for a baking class of macaroons. Both of us are jobless woohoo!! We threw the resignation letter almost at the same time after working together for many many years. It's great to have a soulmate in a company; laugh together and cry together lol!

She just moved to a new condo and too bad and i donno y, my condo doesnt come with a built in oven!! Property in SG is not cheap but the developer is so stingy to chip in an oven to us! We never realize it until one day we need it! Anyway, i found my new oven now, just wait for the stock! Frankly, it's not easy to look for a conventional oven these days, not many choices and i have no idea which is the better one.

Come back to macaroons :) i went to her new home for first trial of macaroons. Before that, she drove me to phoon huat to buy the ingredients and u know what, we kanna saman by parking wrong lot!! Sgd50 gone!!

We baked few trays and most of them - in her dustbin. End up, we tried and tried and finally, we got few macaroons to be served!! Sweating |||
