Instant pan cake for mum and hubs! :)

I bought this at ntuc, i wanted to make breakfast set to my mum and hubby. But... But.. Well, let's see the result! 

 White King’s “Shaker Buttermilk Pancake” Mix from the Supermarket. - Just Add Water!

But, i added fresh milk :) healthier i thought... Hee

Okay, the surface is not smooth at all and i couldnt control the fire well!! Anyway, the taste is still not that bad, especially eat with maple syrup :) i will keep it up!! Be positive!!
