烩饭变成炒何芬"/

My backache is getting serious till i coundnt sleep well. This makes me lazy to go out even today's is our paktoh day, saturday!!

Hubs has to help himself today. He just had the buns that i baked last night for his breakfast. I cooked the brown rice using the new panasonic rice cooker. But hubs cant wait to dinner. So i just took out the hor fun from fridge and fried for him! No rice tonight!!
Dinner
Hor fun half packet
Dark soya sauce
Prawns (mixed with corn starch)
Fish cake and carrot
Meat (mixed with corn starch)
Chopped garlic
Oil
Xiao bai chye

Heat up the oil and put the garlic and add the meat then prawns.
Add fish cake and carrot
Add the vege
Add water, salt and pepper powder
Add corn starch that mixed with water. Stir and add the egg.

P/s i fried the black chicken drumstick for hubs too. He loves it so much haa!
1 drumstick with thigh
Chop and cut into small pieces
Mix with salt, pepper, 五香粉
Add corn starch
Keep in the fridge for 30 mins

Fry with high heat till the meat is cooked!
