German cookies

This is super easy! I prepared and baked the cookies just within an hour!

Potato starch 125g (sifted)
Icing sugar 40g (sifted)
Buttercup 125g
Top flour (super fine) 80g (sifted)

Beat the butter and icing. Add flour and starch.
Roll into small balls and press by fork. However, i used the piping bag to pupe and press by fork. It's sticky and soft. I couldnt roll it.

Preheat 150' and bake 20mins!
