Japanese pork chop ^_^ tonkatsu

I miss pork chop again! I wanted to try and made it at home ^^

pork for 2 serving
Salt and pepper
Whole egg 1 pcs
Flour (i use hk flour)
Bread crumbs

Beat and pound the pork by knife. Season it with salt and pepper. Soak into egg first and flour. Do it again, egg and flour. Lastly, follow by bread crumbs. Preheat oil 160' and fry till golden color.
