Maple buns with butter filling ^^

Finally, after 3rd trial!! I made it ^^

Bread flour 400g
Milk powder 8g (i forgot to add)
Maple syrup 80g
Butter (melted) 20g
Instant yeast 12g
Cold water 230g
Salt 8g

All mix together and beat by mixer ( i used spead 1 and 2 kitchen aid mixer)
Boil hot water and put the dough (cover by wet towel) together in the preheat oven. Preheat 100 and off only then put in. You will see double of size after 45 mins.
Make small balls and i cut small butter (don melt it ) into the buns. You may put chicken floss too! I did two buns with floss!
Use wet towel to cover it again and put in the oven again for few minutes. The bun will bcum bigger size!!^^ i put a cup of hot water next to the buns in oven. Take out from oven and apply egg york gentlely.

Preheat the oven.

Bake with 170 for 18 mins. I put 2 trays and u can see the color is diff. Upper tray is darker.
