Butter prawns

Today's special ^^

Butter prawn
(for hubs and i^^)
Butter 2 spoons
Tiger prawns (xl size) 10 pcs
Oil
Egg white 1pcs
Egg york 1 pcs
Corn starch
Curry leaf
Salt
Sugar
Chilli

Fry the prawns with oil till golden colour. Put aside.
Stir butter and add egg with low heat. Stir quickly until you see the small bubbles. Add chilli and leaf. Add salt and sugar to taste.
Add prawn.
Done!!

Brocolli with mushroom

Garlic - minced
Brocolli
Mushroom

Cook garlic in the work with oil. Add mushroom.
Add brocolli.
Add salt, pepper and corn starch with water to taste.
