Butter buns

I'm not so into buns but my hubs does! Since I'm not working at this moment, I wish to practice my baking skill :)

Butter buns are not difficult to make, just need to practice more :)

Bread flour 250g
Fine sugar 35g
Instant yeast 1tsp
Salt half tsp
Milk 110g
Egg 1 pc
Egg for topping
Butter for filling

Add all together and beat using low speed.
Keep in the oven for double size of it.
Take out from then oven after an hour and you will see the bigger size of it.
Roll into small balls and keep into the oven again and wait for 30 mins.
Take out from oven and make two holes by your finger and fill with butter. Apply egg on top of the bun and apply sugar as much as you like.
