Mini sausage buns 雞蛋奶油捲

This is the second trial of Carol's recipe. I love the recipe book very much *^

雞蛋奶油捲
約做8個

材料:
高筋麵粉270g,低筋麵粉30g,速發乾酵母菌(instant yeast)3/4茶匙,
雞蛋3顆(約150g),鮮奶50cc,細砂糖30g,無鹽奶油30g,鹽1/4小匙

註:如果使用乾酵母(active dry yeast)使用量請增加1倍,事先放入
      配方中溫牛奶(手摸不燙程度)中靜置5分鐘
