Dinner time again. today is LALA day :)
Mum used to cook LALA when we were kids. And, we love it!!
So, since I found the LALA in supermart today, let's try and see^^
ingredients:
LALA (white clams) 400g - prewash with salt, soak into the water)
onion (i forgot to put ^^)
garlic
ginger
spring onion
salt
oil
heat the oil and add garlic, follow by ginger and LALA. Add the spring onion and salt to taste. done when all thew LALAs are open completely.
Fav Broccoli
ingredients:
broccoli
salt and garlic
pepper
meat (sliced)
mini tomatoes
add few drops of oil and garlics. add the meats. add the veggie and stir well. add the tomatoes and DONE! This taste like salad as i don't stir till its fully cooked!!
